If there is a Website showcasing your property, simply include the URL in your e-mail. If you do not have a Website, you may send a few (no more than four) JPEG or TIFF graphic files as attachments to your e-mail instead.
Please note that, due to the high volume of evaluation requests that we receive, CopCorp / Knockout Licensing can no longer accept unsolicited hardcopy samples for review. We ask that you DO NOT mail, ship, or deliver any original artwork, prints, slides, disks, tapes, or other materials to CopCorp / Knockout Licensing unless someone has specifically requested and, therefore, is expecting it.
If you are invited to submit hardcopy samples to CopCorp / Knockout and wish to have your samples returned to you, please be sure to include a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope. Please be aware that it may take several weeks from the time we receive your submission before we can get back to you. If we like your work and/or would like to see additional samples (electronically and/or hardcopy), you may rest assured that someone will contact you.
